首先連用console 連接交換機的console口  打開pc的超級終端軟件

 參數(shù)設置如下：

1 ：使用超級終端



2：使用crt軟件





配置ftp服務器的時候連接網(wǎng)線 分兩種情況:

1 :如2700等盒式交換機沒有meth管理的網(wǎng)口時 需用網(wǎng)線連接電腦的網(wǎng)卡和交換機的1號網(wǎng)口

2:如5700等盒式交換機有meth管理網(wǎng)口時  直接用網(wǎng)線連接電腦網(wǎng)卡和交換機的管理網(wǎng)口meth口


準備需要上傳軟件大包

交換機軟件下載的地址： http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/Main.action#tabname=productsupport


以上準備工作做好之后 就可以開始給交換機升級了

能夠正常進入系統(tǒng) 查看軟件版本 是最新上傳的 確認本次升級成功

由兩端配置信息得出結論，該故障并非S5700導致，而是對端設備上配置錯誤。

告知用戶該故障并非華為設備引起，請咨詢Cisco相關單位尋求解決方案。

客戶將對端Catalyst 3560使用的PAGP協(xié)議修改成LACP后，故障解決。

更改為LACP協(xié)議后的Catalyst3560關于Eth-Trunk方面的配置如下：

#配置接口根據(jù)撥號串自動撥號

1.創(chuàng)建ACL，匹配要映射的端口

2.配置NAT SERVER，不指定內部和外部端口號，引用ACL

該方法可以實現(xiàn)不需要轉換端口號的一段連續(xù)端口映射，不需要通過nat server命令一條一條配置，大大減少了工作量。如需修改端口號范圍，只需要修改ACL，便于后期維護。

1、現(xiàn)場通過插拔網(wǎng)線、更換光口等方法發(fā)現(xiàn)C4507光口損壞。 更換光口后解決；
2、CE6800與C3560對接還是無法使用LACP模式，雙方改成手動模式后正常，兩條鏈路均為up。

進入AR151系統(tǒng)視圖，執(zhí)行命令set workmode wlan ac，配置其WLAN模式為AC模式，然后重啟設備，使配置生效。

當客戶在MAC地址下新建一個用戶，然后勾選禁止訪問網(wǎng)絡，這個時候，該用戶到達AR的報文都被丟棄，不能訪問網(wǎng)絡，而其他用戶都可以訪問網(wǎng)絡。而當客戶又勾選了允許訪問網(wǎng)絡，這個時候，反而該用戶的報文能正常到達AR，訪問網(wǎng)絡，其他的所有用戶都不能訪問。所以登陸WEB網(wǎng)管的PC也無法訪問， PC才會和AR之間斷開連接，也就無法正常配置WEB頁面，造成業(yè)務全部中斷現(xiàn)象。
但這個時候，AR并沒有如客戶之前所說的死機，我們通過串口還是可以正常訪問AR的。所以這個不是問題，而是AR就是如此實現(xiàn)的。

   由于IP話機直連IMS網(wǎng)絡時，IP話機是可以注冊成功的。因此需要抓一下注冊信息對比分析一下。一個正常的注冊流程會包括如下4個流程：
(1) IP話機（或者AR）向IMS發(fā)送注冊消息。
(2) IMS網(wǎng)絡回應消息，反饋結果為“401 Unauthorized”，需要IP話機（或者AR）進行驗證。
(3) IP話機（或者AR）向IMS網(wǎng)絡發(fā)送另外一個注冊消息，攜帶用戶名和驗證密碼。.
(4) IMS網(wǎng)絡通過驗證，反饋注冊成功消息，結果為“200 OK”。

1、通過多次“使能”和“去使能DHCP”，并導出配置發(fā)現(xiàn)均可以生效配置，但是針對dhcp的“服務器”模式部署始終會報錯：“地址已存在”
2、通過嘗試部署DHCP的“中繼”模式發(fā)現(xiàn)可以正常部署，并且可以實現(xiàn)DHCP中繼的功能。
3、由于場景特殊，最終用戶沒有部署telnet也沒有技能通過console開啟，因此只能采取web的遠程方式解決。
4、通過嘗試最終在“配置向導”-“配置互聯(lián)網(wǎng)向導”-第三步的“配置局域網(wǎng)”中可以正常以“服務器”模式部署DHCP。
5、之后同研發(fā)確認為已知問題，并在V200R005版本中解決了該問題，并建議通過命令行方式部署DHCP。

1、首先檢查PC機與AR158E之間鏈路是否穩(wěn)定，通過長時間ping測試，鏈路十分穩(wěn)定，未出現(xiàn)丟包、延遲大等問題；
2、檢查telnet相關配置，沒有問題；
3、檢查路由器全局配置，發(fā)現(xiàn)路由器配置了hwtacas服務器，并且AAA采用hwtacas進行認證授權和計費：
 ping測試hwtacas服務器ip地址，一直無法ping通，hwtacas認證失敗，之后刪除AAA計費方案的計費方式，telent功能恢復正常，telnet登陸成功后，鏈接一直穩(wěn)定，沒有再出現(xiàn)被踢出的問題；或者在計費方案下配置 accounting start-fail online，從而避免因網(wǎng)絡故障導致的計費失敗對用戶造成影響，允許用戶上線。
